Western Dualism and the Regulation of Cultural Production

Abstract This work sets out to consider the fate of creativity and forms cultural production as they fall into between regimes heritage law intellectual property law. It examines challenges dualisms that ground both regimes, exposing their (unsurprising) reflection occidental ways seeing world. The reflects on problem regulating according Western thought systems in a world is not only Western. At same time, it accepts challenge taking hold together existing legal lies critically nuanced approach geo-political distinction West rest.
